At the conclusion of your booking, your account will be charged the full price of the tour. You can receive a full refund up until 48 hours prior to your tour. Afterwards, you can receive a partial refund of half the amount of your tour’s cost up until 6 hours before the tour. 6 Hours before your tour, cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the tour’s total price.

You can receive a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  1. Your virtual guide cancels the tour or changes the date or time of the tour

  2. Your tour suffers from a technical difficulty on the part of Espro Information Technologies’s platform

  3. Your guide fails to join the tour for any reason

  4. Your experience is not to your satisfaction (your claim will be assessed by our financial agents in accordance with its severity)

  5. If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud

  6. If there is duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch, or any other error

  7. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time

  8. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion


Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by:

If for any reason, our back-office staff give confirmation of refund. Then, a refund will be made accordingly.


  • In the event that an order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://divevirtual.com/ will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.


We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed in our system.


A complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
